Effective March 20th Moncton Kia will be scaling back our normal operations as per the directive of the Provincial Government for the safety of both the public and our staff. Automotive Parts and Service has been deemed an essential service so we have decided to keep our Parts and Service Departments open with minimal staff thru this crisis. We will try to maintain regular business hour Monday to Friday 8m to 5pm but this is subject to change as this event progress. We will continue to monitor the situation and adjust to suit.
Sales operations will continue online, as our team monitors all requests from our websites, social media pages, email and phone. Please reach out with any questions or concerns. We can handle the entire sales process remotely for our customers.
We are operating from an abundance of caution and proactively modifying our policies and procedures to ensure we are protecting the safety of the community. This is unchartered times for everyone in Canada and we all need to stay vigilant and get thru this together.

UPDATE ON COVID-19 FROM KIA CANADA
Like all of you, we continue to monitor the evolving impact of COVID-19 (Coronavirus) and the effect it currently has on how we live and do business right now. Here is an update on what we are doing in our corporate offices and dealer locations in light of these unprecedented times.
HEALTH AND SAFETY COMES FIRST.
Following guidance from local government and public health authorities, we understand that practicing social distancing and reducing public gatherings in our corporate offices and dealerships is critical.
Kia Canada was quick to respond to COVID-19 by suspending all non-essential business travel in our corporate offices and as the situation evolved, we immediately implemented a remote work program so that our corporate office can continue to support our customers and dealers while limiting physical interaction.
We are hopeful the early measures we have taken at Kia Canada will help to maintain the safety of our employees and make an impact in limiting any potential spread of the virus.
While this situation continues to evolve, our client support team can assist you should your vehicle require service or repair during this time.

Please note that depending on the Province, some dealerships may have adjusted their hours of operation temporarily so please call ahead to confirm the dealership’s hours of operation.
We have advised our dealerships to listen to their public health offices, practice social distancing and take the necessary precautions for their people and their customers.
